- onslaught mode: if the pieces move up while the domino is on the ground, the domino clips and disappears without crashing; overhaul mechanics of pieces rising from the bottom
- prevent corner-bumping domino code from overzealously moving the domino upwards in mid-air
- fix crash resulting from simultaneous warp and rotate
