Added first-time setup

I’ve added some modifications to Dialogic 0.9 for my purposes.

• Added support for translating dialogue contents and name

• Changed several TextureRects into NinePatchRects

• Added support for “beepboop” sound effects when a new letter is shown

What I still need to add:

• Portraits and sprites for the main character

• Animation for the main character’s entrance
