Vibe Coding Update

This update adds:

• Device vibration for goals, Smash Shots, and ball spawning. (Get it? “Vibe” coding?)
• A better algorithm to choose the best default localization
• Preliminary Turkish translation (to be refined later)
• “Match point” notification now persists when the other player scores
